Since 2012, Munster Bootcamp Singapore has successfully coached athletes from various sports using performance science and video analysis.
Designing workouts for individual athletes based on  their needs in combination with the demands of the sport in which they participate has led to improved performance.

Through the use of our training methods, our athletes develop speed, agility, strength, power, force, acceleration, mobility, explosiveness, reaction, conditioning, balance, core stability, confidence, mental toughness, good nutrition habits, kinesthetic awareness, and proprioception. This is not a “cookie-cutter” or “one-size-fits-all” training program. All of our dimensions of training are adapted and phased regularly for the individual athlete’s needs and the demands of the specific sport.

DSA Headstart Program

So you have decided to let your child try out for the Direct School Admission – Secondary (DSA-Sec) Exercise. There will be selection trials and interviews to ace. Think your child might require an extra push? Good news – gone are the days when parents had to rely solely on intuition and their child’s academic prowess to make the cut. Our Sports DSA Headstart programme will help your child to prepare and outperform the other candidates. 

Your child must have have been playing sports prior to joining this program. Training under the professional guidance of an experienced coach can better your child’s chances of success. The individual training sessions will be customised to your child’s desired sports as we prepare them to shine during the DSA sports trials.
